By accessing this website, requesting services, signing an agreement, submitting payment, or communicating with Orelto INC regarding professional services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Orelto INC provides professional education administration, program coordination, digital learning support, vendor coordination, administrative consulting, reporting, documentation, enrollment support, and related operational services.
Services may include education program administration, training coordination, curriculum support, enrollment and participant support, digital learning administration, vendor and procurement coordination, reporting, documentation, workforce development administration, program marketing, outreach support, and administrative consulting.
Some projects may require a written agreement, invoice, proposal, or statement of work. The agreement may describe service scope, project timeline, client responsibilities, deliverables, payment terms, cancellation terms, communication expectations, third-party costs, revision limits, and milestones.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required documents, program details, participant information, approvals, access credentials, and payment according to the agreed timeline. Orelto INC is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or late approvals.
Clients agree to pay all approved invoices, deposits, service fees, and project charges according to the agreed payment terms. Payments may cover administrative labor, consulting time, digital deliverables, vendor coordination, software subscriptions, learning resources, printing, marketing materials, office resources, and other business expenses related to service delivery.
Orelto INC may use authorized business card purchases to support company operations and client service delivery. These purchases may include software tools, digital education platforms, vendor services, printing, training materials, office supplies, advertising, subscriptions, consulting resources, and other approved business expenses.
Orelto INC delivers most services digitally through email, online meetings, shared documents, written reports, administrative records, digital files, and approved project milestones. Estimated timelines depend on the project scope, client responsiveness, vendor availability, and service requirements.
Certain services may include reasonable revisions if stated in the client agreement. Revisions must relate to the original service scope. Additional revisions, expanded services, or major changes may require additional fees.
Some projects may require third-party tools, software, vendors, platforms, printing providers, consultants, or service partners. Orelto INC is not responsible for third-party outages, delays, pricing changes, policy changes, or service failures outside our control.
Orelto INC respects client confidentiality and takes reasonable steps to protect client information, program details, participant records, business documents, and project communications.
Clients may not use Orelto INC services for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. Orelto INC may refuse or discontinue services if a project appears to involve prohibited activity or violation of applicable laws.
Orelto INC provides professional administrative and consulting support. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, participant results, regulatory approvals, bank approvals, payment processor approvals, funding approvals, enrollment numbers, revenue results, or third-party decisions.
